Honeywell Lead Test Engineer in Golden Valley, Minnesota
Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Lead Test Engineer for our Golden Valley, MN location that will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective test engineering practices. You will lead and coordinate the testing activities for assigned projects across multiple locations, working closely with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications. Your expertise in test methodologies and tools will be instrumental in developing and executing test plans and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead and coordinate the testing activities for assigned projects across multiple locations
· Develop and execute test plans and procedures for complex systems
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications
· Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements
· Provide technical guidance and support to test engineers and technicians
Pay Range for Role:
The annual base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $148,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
Compensation Package:
This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering, the sciences, or technology
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in test engineering
· Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to other test engineers and technicians
· Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools
· Experience in leading and coordinating testing activities across multiple locations
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
WE VALUE
· Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
· Experience with product design lifecycle and testing methodologies to move a product from design through to production
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities
· Experience with cryogenic systems
· Capability to work independently on multidisciplinary projects with evolving requirements
· Ability to contribute to and collaborate across the scientific and engineering disciplines as a team player, understanding and valuing the strengths of diverse backgrounds and skillsets
