This newly created role will report to our Director of Total Rewards & Wellbeing, and work alongside our HR Partners and senior leadership team to establish equitable compensation practices that support our ability to recruit, engage and retain our staff members. We're seeking individuals who either have seasoned compensation experience, or individuals who've had a focus on compensation in broader roles and have a desire to grow their skillset within this field. Gather market data as well as assess internal value to ensure staff members are paid fairly * Manage geographical wage differentials * Lead our annual merit salary increase process * Manage other compensation systems such as our annual bonus and profit-sharing programs * Document all compensation philosophies and practices * Responsible for maintaining the compensation configuration in UKG (previously UltiPro) You'll bring the following experiences & qualifications: * A minimum of three years of compensation experience; ideally in a retail, multistate environment * Familiarity with a HRIS system a must * Exceptional communications skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships * A unique blend of sensibilities to balance both the art and science of compensation What you can expect: * This position can work a hybrid schedule, both from home and in our central office * Depending on the talents of the incumbent there is the possibility for this role to work a less than full time schedule * You'll be part of a talented 15 -person HR team with professionals each dedicated to building challenging, rewarding, and positive career experiences.
