Pentair Management Company 2024 Finance Leadership Development Program in Golden Valley, Minnesota

Job Description: Pentair's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is an accelerated program for recent college graduates with proven ability to excel in today's fast-paced world. The program is designed to develop high caliber individuals into future Finance leaders. The program provides participants the opportunity to gain high level visibility to leadership and create significant impact within a global manufacturing organization. The Finance Leadership Development Program is a three-year program consisting of three, 12-month rotations within one+ locations. The program will begin in Summer 2024 and gives participants exposure to different facets of finance with the first rotation in Business Finance or Controlling. Other rotations participants could explore other areas of Finance such as: Site Operations/Supply, Enterprise FP&A, or supporting a project or process. The anticipated annualized base pay range for this full-time position working at this location will be from ($52,700to $97,900). At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, performance and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Actual compensation may also be adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location.
