Pay Progression:
We are committed to providing a clear compensation growth path. Each phase typically involves a 3-4 month ramp-up period to progress to the next phase, though this timeline varies depending on individual performance.
Opener:
Total Earnings: $49,000
Base Salary: $41,600 ($24/hour)
Inside Sales Representative:
Total Earnings: $58,000 (up to $65,000 with high performance)
Base Salary: $31,200
Inside Sales Executive:
Total Earnings: $80,000 (up to $100,000 with high performance)
Base Salary: $22,880

Thoroughly educate potential clients on the value of ATBS services
Effectively answer questions and place clients in the correct level of service
Initiate outbound phone calls and emails to actively connect with leads
Help us define and improve best practices for the role
Proactively support the team and contribute to the growth and success of ATBS
About Your Expertise:
High school diploma or GED
Proficient in speaking Spanish is a plus
Experience interacting with clients/customers over the phone
