B.E/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Engineering

• Candidate with 4+years of Maintenance

experience in PCBA Manufacturing.

• Solid understanding of technical aspects of SMT, ICT Machines –

• Machine details - Placement machine (Siplace), Screen Printer (Dek), Reflow

Oven (Seho), Wave soldering, PCBA Test machines and other equipment’s

relevant to PCBA manufacturing process.

• PLC programming knowledge.

• Experience in planning maintenance operations.

• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively.

• Skill to understand circuit diagram to troubleshoot electrical faults in machine.

• Ability to work along with team to get the desired results.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & techniques (eg. 8D, Why-Why analysis)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with other engineers,

technicians, and stakeholders in the organization.

Other Skills requirement

• Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems,

• along with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and machinery.

• Problem Solving: The capacity to analyze complex issues, identify root causes of problems, and devise effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain optimal functionality.

• Preventive Maintenance: Skill in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and protocols to prevent equipment failures, extend lifespan, and reduce overall maintenance costs.

• Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess and diagnose faults, malfunctions, and discrepancies in machinery and systems.

• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to document maintenance procedures and findings.

• Attention to Detail: An eye for detail to meticulously inspect equipment, identify wear and tear, and ensure precise repairs and replacements are made.

• Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests while adhering to maintenance schedules.

• Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and other personnel.

• Adaptability: The flexibility to work with a wide range of machinery and systems, as well as the capacity to quickly learn new technologies and techniques as they emerge.

• Teamwork: Collaboration with other maintenance professionals, engineers, and departments to effectively address issues, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
