We are very excited to welcome a newAccounts Receivable Analyst to our team!
The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
Fresh graduates are welcome!
Perform all cash application activities including payment allocation, identify and take action on discrepancies, and post as per defined procedures.
Handle common mailbox, maintain process description (SOP, guidelines), comply with SOX and SLA.
Perform Netting and month-end closing activities, post all items before AR close for the prior period.
Suggest and participate in process improvements in all aspects of cash application / OTC processes.
Other duties as ordered by the direct supervisor.
Job requirements
Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
University degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience in the field
Good working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP)
Understanding of Accounts Receivable process is an advantage
Good Microsoft Office skills, with an excellent Excel working knowledge
Good communication and organization skills
Being a team player brings over a can-do-mentality
Critical thinking is a must
