As a Production Team Lead, your main areas of responsibility will include: Train and lead the team on production related goals, policies, and procedures Stage work and assist the team in completing work as needed First and final article inspections Check accuracy of parts prior to leaving department Documentation, including process and rework tags, as well as non-conforming material documents Work with Supervisors on reviews, promotions, transfers and disciplinary action Collaborate with other departments on production flow, and any issues that need to be resolved Complete 5S tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Qualified candidates have completed a degree or certificate program and 4+ years' related experience or a combination of education and experience. Must have strong interpersonal, reasoning and computer skills, specifically with MS Office and ERP software. Experience with MS Dynamics AX or D365 is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
