WESCO Process Improvement Manager in Glenview, Illinois
As the Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the administrative processes. You will support assigned businesses to develop and deploy strategies that increase efficiencies, improve costs and productivity through standardization and best practice.
Responsibilities:
Works with all stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement
Implements KPI tracking to establish baselines for improvement
Implements strategies for identified improvement opportunities
Works closely with internal stakeholders to understand process gaps
Coordinates plans to integrate across Wesco with minimal disruption and impact
Meets on a regular basis with leadership to discuss gaps and opportunities
Implements process and system improvements to enhance internal and external customer service
Conducts time studies where necessary to gain understanding of gaps
Utilizes project management skills to lead and coordinate LEAN Kaizen activities, focusing on waste elimination and process improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree - Indicate Discipline – Business or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred
5 years required, 10 years preferred, experience with a Fortune 500 company recognized for their continuous improvement and LEAN culture
2 years defining and implementing processes and technologies for optimization and integration preferred
Knowledge of Wesco systems and internal support departments preferred
Proven track record in managing diverse teams through significant change
Prior experience in matrixed organization
Effectively collaborating across teams to drive results
Strong process orientation and analytical skills.
Experience with Power BI and analytical dashboard creation
Experience in data collection from multiple systems
Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to travel up to 25%
