HIRING HYBRID TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPS!!!
PAY: $27/hour
HOURS: Monday to Friday Business hours (NO WEEKENDS)
HYBRID: 4 days remote/1 day onsite
REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years technical support experience in software, hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce platforms
JOB DESCRIPTION: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software. Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions. Assist customers through multiple communication channels

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00
