Scope of Position

Seeking a highly capable Finance professional to support the Plant Controller with Month end Closing, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Analysis and day to day activities. Candidate must have a strong foundation in Accounting and Product Costing. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with the business and product line managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the team effort for the SAP general ledger system closing process

  • Manages Finance processes and procedures for the plant ensuring accuracy, reliability and timeliness for Budgets, Forecasts

  • Monitors plant’s financial records and statements to ensure timeliness, accuracy and consistency of reporting with GAAP, statutory, and tax accounting requirements

  • Monitors plant’s compliance with Sarbox requirements

  • Provides ongoing Finance expertise and decision support to the plant management to enable the achievement of plant goals and objectives

  • Provides Finance expertise to the plant and business teams

  • Serves on various plant project teams on ad-hoc basis. Providing financial analysis and internal control support to ensure compliance and decisions based on financial data

Experiences/Education - Required

  • BS in Accounting. Master Degree preferred

  • At least 5 years’ progressive experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience in product costing and financial analysis

  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated organizational experience working across multiple cultures and on a globally dispersed and diverse team

  • Technical accounting skills

  • Experience in SAP and Khalix

  • Manage of Advanced Excel tools

  • Effective leadership, organization, and planning skills

  • Problem solving and Analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Well-developed skills in working across multiple cultures and on a globally dispersed and diverse team

The range for this position is $110,942.00 - $152,546.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
