SAP Transportation Management IT Lead (Axalta Coating Systems, LLC / Glen Mills, PA) -- Perform SAP System configuration and Customization for Transportation Management and other integrated modules; gather business requirements and translate them to system requirements; develop function specification documents and support technical development of system functionalities; develop system test plans and execute unit, system integration and user acceptance testing; design and document master data management rules to support business transaction processing in systems; develop and execute system cutover task plans; responsible for data migration between systems. Requires Master's in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Application, or closely related field and two years of experience in job offered or in IT positions including Platinum Consultant. Background in education, training or experience must include performing SAP System configuration and Customization for Transportation Management and other integrated modules (SAP-SD, SAP-EWM, SAP-FICO) to cover various logistics business scenarios for Full Truck Load (FTL), Less-than Truck Load (LTL), Inter-modal scenario (IML), Customer Pick Up (CPU), Parcel Shipping, Pool Distribution, Dynamic Loading Scenario and On-campus transfers; setup and maintenance of SAP Organization structure elements covering Sales and Purchasing organizations, Plants, Shipping Points, Distribution channels, Sales offices and Purchasing groups; develop functional specification documents and support technical development of SAP system functionalities; design and document master data management rules to support business transaction processing in SAP systems covering products and business partners including customers and carriers; candidate with SAP TM and/or Sales and Distribution certifications with exposure to debugging SAP ABAP programs. 15-20% domestic and/or international travel required to company sites; work from home option available, must be available during business hours for Eastern Time zone.
