Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a QNXT Benefits Configuration Team Coordinator to join one of our largest healthcare clients. Responsibilities include:
* Working as a team lead for the QNXT benefits configuration team.
* Responsible for managing daily tasks and staff on the benefits configuration team, as well as configuring benefits for internal and external customers, vendors, and consultants.
* Gathering and analyzing requirements from customers and determining design and decision making for benefits plans (both commercial and Medicaid/Medicare plans).
* Configuring issues in benefits modules.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree
* 2+ years of benefits configuration experience (commercial and Medicaid/Medicare)
* Experience managing daily tasks and staff
* Strong understanding of benefits business knowledge and claims processing knowledge
* Analysis side of gathering requirements and interpreting those requirements for design
* Ability to use and write basic SQL queries
* Ability to use that analysis to make decisions to resolve issues * Experience with testing / validation for benefits or claims null
