Elite Property Management LLC Administrative Assistant (Admin Assistant) in Glastonbury, Connecticut

Administrative Support Prepares accurate records/information for all Board Packets, Annual Notices,Fee letters etc. Updates and maintains community files/information for all Propertiesunder specified programs. Processes and follows-through with all work orders through systems. Create and revise Newsletters. Completes assignments in a timely manner, ie: correspondence, mailings. Assists with filing Property records and information. Provides support to all team members when applicable.

Customer Relations Responsible for providing a high level of service throughout his/her contacts. Professionally assists all incoming calls appropriately and in a timely manner. Services incoming calls easily, intercepts and redirects for immediate service. Efficiently responds in a timely manner to all voice mail and e-mail messages. When faced with a difficult situation, he/she maintains a professionaldemeanor. Efficiently notifies appropriate staff of any emergency situations. Works very closely with our Management team to resolve mostissues/concerns. Handles sensitive and confidential matters well.

Participation/Involvement Takes initiative to better organize him/herself and surroundings. Takes pride in his/her accomplishments. Willingness to participate in office tasks to achieve deadlines. Easily accepts our changing environment. Easily accepts and masters new tasks. Seeks out training and information to further his/her job performance.

Technical Support Is proficient at Word, Excel, E-mail and Publishing House programs. Easily operates a variety of office equipment. Efficiently services account information through TOPS.
