The Impact You’ll Make: In this role, you'll fully satisfy or exceed guests expectations by providing an elevated service experience in our Executive Lounge and you’ll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues, you’ll deal with them right away. Thanks to you, our guests will feel well-fed, happy and wanting to come back for more. You will become well-versed in our menu items, ready to recommend dishes and answer any guest inquiries. Your goal is to ensure food and drinks are served promptly and with a smile. Empowered to address any issues swiftly, you will ensure an unforgettable dining experience.
What You’ll Do:
Master our menu and service standards.
Maintain high service standards to provide elevated service.
Ensure that all customers enjoy quick and efficient service, and check with them that the meal is meeting their expectations
Be responsible for smooth functioning of operations in the Executive Lounge i.e. evening canapes service.
Ensure that the Executive Lounge is set up and ready for each service period
Uphold the cleanliness of all Food and Beverage outlets.
Who We Are Looking For: We seek an enthusiastic, motivated individual, ideally with experience in hospitality or travel and tourism. The ideal candidate is a team player, a fast learner, adaptable, and has exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
