We have a fantastic opportunity for Claims Handler in Glasgow
Are you enthusiastic and motivated? We need you to help our clients get back on their feet when buildings are damaged. Join our innovative Home Claims team in Glasgow on a hybrid basis.
As a Claims Technician, you will manage building claims and support field surveyors, customers, and clients. Your responsibilities will include recording new claims, verifying information, arranging visits, and negotiating settlements.

The skills you will have when you apply:
1. Experience in a customer service office environment , ideally claims handling
2. Excellent communication skills : You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all
3. Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise your workload and identify urgent tasks
4. A commitment to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters` Cert CILA qualification
