Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and innovative recipes.
• Follow established recipes and ensure consistent food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure stock availability.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook/Chef in a restaurant or similar culinary setting.
• In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and kitchen equipment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
