Eurofins Environment Testing Australia is an Environmental testing network of fully accredited laboratories. With a staff of over 200 our laboratories are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane, with Client Service Offices located in Adelaide, Darwin, Newcastle and Wollongong. We also operate field sampling services out of Melbourne and Sydney. We specialise in all areas of Environmental analysis, including Contaminated Soil, Sludge, Sediments, Leachate, Soil Vapour, Trade Waste Effluents, Sewage Effluents, Stack Emissions, Work Place Air, Ambient Air, Dust, Drinking Water, Surface Water run off, River & Stream Monitoring, Seawater, and Groundwater.

  • Full time position based in Girraween, NSW.

  • Typically Monday - Friday hours between 8am - 4pm or weekends as required.

  • Entry level position with pay rate around $27.72 plus an extra 1.5% superannuation.

Reporting to the warehouse manager, this position will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • Replenishing stock for all labs from warehouse – twice a day

  • Removing waste and safe disposal in skip bins

  • Loading and unloading stock from pallets

  • Stacking boxes in designated areas on shelves

  • Weekly stock counting and notifying manager when minimum stock levels are reached.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience in a warehousing environment or similar preferred.

  • Good multi-tasker whose able to work under pressure and demonstrate high organisation / attention to detail skills.

  • Comfortable with heavy lifting and repetitive movement.

  • Good communication and time management skills.

  • Full working rights in Australia.
