$66,500-$75,000 base pay with generous wage growth

POSITION
As an entry-level civil engineer, you will thrive with the opportunity to gain experience from a variety of engineering opportunities available. You will embark on a journey where each project will enhance your expertise and push the boundaries of your engineering prowess. Imagine contributing to the planning and design of transformative projects for clients across diverse sectors, including water/wastewater, airports, land development, and transportation. These responsibilities include:
Collaborate with design teams, project engineers and project managers to grasp project vision.
Use design software to create project designs, draft plans, drawings, and models according to project specifications.
Ensure precision and project safety through meticulous design attention.
Tackles design challenges creatively, resolving complex problems.
Support project managers with construction administration tasks.
Performs project tasks and works closely with cross-functional teams.
Completes project tasks from start to finish, supporting project and client services managers.
Meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.

YOUR STRENGTHS
Bachelor’s degree in civil or other engineering
Current Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain after hire
0-3 years’ experience in civil design projects
Exposure to design software such as Civil3D, AutoCAD, or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record is required for periodic travel
