Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent. Five (5) years of full-time wage earning experience in sourcing and recruiting for rehabilitation/treatment services to youth or adults in a residential setting, treatment, or correctional program (e.g., correctional officer, case manager, counselor, probation, or parole officer), or human resources managerial position which included the oversight of recruitment, selection, and hiring.Required: A valid Driver License.Preferred: Recruiting experience.Experience and Education Substitutions: Completed undergraduate course hours may be substituted for up to one year of experience, on a basis of 30 completed undergraduate course hours for one year of experience. Experience requirements may be satisfied by the prorated part-time equivalent. Note: Any degree, diploma, high school equivalent, or course hours r quired to meet minimum qualifications must be obtained from an accredited educational institution.
