Siemens Energy Team Lead - Finishing - 2nd Shift in Gibsonton, Florida
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Team Leader in Finishing, you will work alongside operators performing daily tasks in a lead role and ensuring all assigned tasks are performed on time according to proper procedures and specifications. Promoting that safety, quality, or delivery issues are identified and resolved promptly in our Gibsonton Florida location.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Organizing daily operator tasks at shift start based on team availability and critical path activities reporting on team members' work activity to the manager.
Understanding the safety requirements of the job.
Maintaining and reporting on production status to the manager ensuring that performance boards are kept up to date and the job is tracking to schedule.
Facilitating shift changeover status/briefing, Team and Department meetings. Designated liaison to hand off operations to the next shift.
What You Bring
High school graduate or GED, required.
Able to perform basic math functions using the metric system.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
