Citigroup Cash & Trade Processing Associate Analyst (Global Billing Operations) -- B10 Hybrid in Getzville, New York

Global Billing Operations department is responsible for all end-to-end distribution, investigation, and collection of invoices and statements for multiple geographies and products. Transform our organizational structure and systems to a deliver a globally consistent, best in class billing experience providing: client focus, consolidated points of contact, functional efficiency, and scalability. Works directly with Global Corporate clients, Account Managers, Relationship Managers, Client Delivery, Product and varying levels of Operations Management Teams to resolve and satisfy our Client request.

Core responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Incoming Global Billing requests: All incoming PACT requests reviewed for accuracy, reject incomplete request and/or assign to appropriate Global Billing Representative based on regional responsibilities.

  • General Inquiries and Complex Investigations: Investigates and provides timely and accurate responses to billing queries from numerous sources. Conducts root cause analysis and corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.

  • Collections: Pursues payment for debts owed to minimize financial loss while maintaining valuable customer relationships

  • Adjustments: Process adjustments to prior or current period invoices.

  • Case Management: ensure that cases are completed or distributed within expected SLA timeframes.

  • Reporting: complete reporting duties effectively and within requested timeframes.

  • Onboarding, Cust/Acct Maintenance, Account Closures: Accurately maintains complete billing profile setups and pricing.

  • Invoice/Statement Generation: Produces accurate and timely invoices and statements to customers.

  • Payment Processing: Receives, applies, and accounts for various incoming payment types.

  • Develop and implement operational/procedural synergies to achieve a high quality, consistent and efficient process across all regions.

  • Full understanding of end to end process flows

  • Assist with further development of processes, procedure writing, participant with future Operation migrations

  • Cost optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to reduce operational expense.

  • Participate in various project work as necessary.

Qualifications

****Analytical and detail-oriented with basic accounting skills required

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels within the organization

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure meeting stringent deadlines in a high paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience working globally/internationally a plus

  • Strong customer service skills with proven ability to work with all levels of Management

  • Time and project management skills required

  • Proven track record in Operations environment

  • Achieving/ Driving Results - including identifying and implementing process improvements

  • Teamwork/Interpersonal with local, national and international team members

  • High competency/expertise with MS Office Suite products (MS-Word, MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, capable of disciplined self-motivation and commitment to the highest standards of professional integrity, maturity and judgment

$55,341.00 - $68,270.00
