Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of managing the Value Stream assigned including: developing associates, ensure that team consensus is used to thoroughly evaluate decisions, ensure that decisions are rapidly implemented, budget planning, employment decisions related to associates and performance assessment of all direct reports, team leaders and associates.

  • Directs and leads the premier customer service efforts necessary to meet Business Unit, Division and Group goals.

  • Create the basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work and processes are followed, needed adjustments are implemented and the area is compliant with safety and 5S requirements.

  • Works with the Value Stream Manager to develop the future state value stream map and manage the plans to achieve.

  • Responsible for POP implementation and long-term manufacturing strategies.

Who we are looking for

  • Engineering degree in a related technical or business discipline is required.

  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility in leadership roles including product development management and/or process development experience.

  • Proven track record of achieving results while complying with all regulatory requirements and company policies/procedures.

  • Strong technical knowledge on Fluid Control products, applications, technology, trends and markets.

  • Good interpersonal skills including influencing, negotiation, relationship building and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects.

  • Spoken and written English & Italian.
