Network Engineer Associate

Our work depends on Network Engineer Associate joining our team to provide technical & logistical support to a telecom business team that provides wireless services to our customer's customers to perform their duties & missions.
HOW A NETWORK ENGINEER ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Responsible for wireless services plan support to include:
· Inventorying devices - Scanning all pertinent information
· Creating/coordinating device inventory tagging
· Capturing data for service and ticket tracking
· Providing Pager Support/ managing the vendor account and procure all pager devices & services per customer request
· Shiping devices according to customer direction
· Modifying/Updating existing lines per customer/organization requests (plan changes, disconnects, user updates, transfers, etc.)
· Updating plans or other modifications in service tracking's when needed for bulk recommended changes. For example, numerous data plans had to be changed to unlimited due to heavy usage to minimize overage charges.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 0+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Basic Business computer skills
● Security Clearance Level: Suitability
● Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to work on a small team on fast paced deadlines; Experience with enterprise trouble/service tracking/ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
● Preferred Skills: Knowledge of wireless device products & services
● Location: On Customer Site
●US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $59,500 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
