The Data Visualization Engineer is instrumental in working closely with the Development, Product and Data Science Teams in determining reporting needs. This position is also responsible for creating effective and insightful reporting visualizations, which will play a major role in key decision-making, user experience enhancements, and process improvements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Product, IT and Data Science teams to create innovative and valuable visualizations to identify patterns, trends, and exception.
Design effective and useful Dashboards for improved operations.
Move existing reports to visual analytics dashboards.
Handle requests for visualization and dashboarding as BI and overall Data Visualization (DV) environment matures.
Translate data and analysis requests into solutions using a variety of data analysis and visualization tools.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience with Business Intelligence systems, developing dashboards and visualization.
Experience within PowerBI.
Experience with Snowflake or other Data Warehouse environments.
Experience with SQL, including complex SQL queries.

Salary for this position: $85,000 - $95,000
