About RideNow Powersports:
RideNow Powersports is a well-established company with multiple locations across the country. We offer a wide range of powersports products including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more. Our parts, gear, and accessories department is a key component of our business, providing customers with everything they need to enhance their riding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding the right parts, gear, and accessories for their needs
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and upsell additional items
Process customer transactions and ensure accurate inventory management
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Stay up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and industry knowledge
Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Prior retail experience is a plus but not required
Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, gear, and accessories
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Highly motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software and inventory management systems
Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends, minimum of 40 hours Monday through Saturday
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
