Adecco US, Inc. Entry Level Administrative Assistant in Georgetown, Texas

Our client is searching for an Administrative Assistant to work on-site for an engineering & telecommunications company based in Georgetown, Texas. Hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Pay rate is $15 hourly to start.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties.

  • Review clerical records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.

  • Maintain contact with customers and vendors.

  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Dependable, loyal, and pleasant demeanor.

  • Ability to learn new information quickly.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience using general office equipment.

  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.

  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
