Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees
Communicate job expectations and hold team members accountable
Support the development of team members
Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
Ensure appropriate staffing levels to achieve guest service goals
Maintain a safe and healthy environment
Execute brand standards, recipes, and systems
Review guest feedback and implement action plans for improvements
Control costs and maximize profitability
Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions
Drive sales goals and track results
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in English
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
Basic computer skills
At least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in math and financial management
Competencies:
