Insight Global Registered Nurse in Georgetown, South Carolina
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Med-Surg RN in the Georgetown, SC area for night shift or potentially day shift. The RN is responsible for providing direct care to patients which would include assessing and evaluating patient care plans, verifying and documenting medical information, and preparing and administering prescribed medications. Other duties include but not limited to, IV fluid administration, monitoring vital signs and maintaining patient records. Candidates must be proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EMR) for patient-level care and coordination. The ideal candidate will want and thrive in a collaborative environment and posses creative problem solving skills.
Night shift hours: 6:45pm-7:15am

Skills and Requirements
-Current and in good standing RN Licensure with South Carolina Board of Nursing.
-American Heart Association Healthcare provider course with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required to be initially completed with the TH Organizational Development Office within 30 calendar days of hire date (exceptions to obtain certification from a provider other than the TH Organizational Development Office are approved by TH Organizational Development on a case-by-case basis). BLS Recertification is required every two (2) years.
-Experience/familiarity charting in Epic null
