Payroll clerks are responsible for all tasks relating to payroll processing such as collecting employees' timesheets and payroll data, calculating wages, issuing statements, detailing earnings, and preparing paychecks. This position is full time on-site - No flexiblity with being report. Contract Position

salary: $20 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

 Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 300 Team Members; reviews and

ensures accuracy of approved timesheets, tracks and deducts all garnishments, Chapter 12, tax levies, child support

orders, 401K loan deductions along with other miscellaneous payroll deductions

 Ensures compliance with ICI policies as well as all federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best

practices

 Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, Human Resources, and Accounting to ensure proper flow

and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports)

 Updates payroll records by entering changes in pay, exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions,

scheduling, and job title and department/division transfers

 Ensures all Team Member changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis
