ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed.
Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.
Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems.
Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Handle with Care to be received within 30 days of orientation and kept annually.
