ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs maintenance work and diagnostic testing on structural systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical Repairs existing structures according to work orders or verbal instructions; determine materials, equipment, tool requirements needed to complete the task Performs basic plumbing such as repairing of existing pipe lines, installation of plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters Performs basic electrical work such as replacing faulty switches, sockets breakers. Installing new conduit, wiring and electrical machinery Responsible for preventative maintenance program EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Valid driver's license is required Ability to read diagrams and designs Able to operate small power tools, other hand tools, computerized and high-pressure equipment Ability to operator a fork lift Disclaimer: This job description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities required for this role.
