A precast company seeking general laborers that have experience being in a the warehouse/production trade. They are looking for
people who are comfortable doing repetitive work and lifting heavy. If you or someone you know has experience in this trade, please apply!
Job description
JOB #1: Attach large bag to a shute to catch silica material, operating a lever to control the volume so that it matches the order. The bag is on a scale to show the weight.
Lift 50lb bags from a table waist high and stack on a pallet next to you.
Bags come out every 30 seconds 3. Seal/scan labels onto filled bags of material
Could be asked to drive forklift after 1 month contract - training
JOB #2: at a station and lift the bags of minerals that are filled and stack them behind you
Qualifications
Experience in warehouse/production
Okay with lifting heavy
Ability to stand for more than 8+ hours
Work Environment and Shifts
Indoor work
1st shift: 7a - 430p, a 30 minute lunch and 2-15 minute breaks are available but not needed.
Average work week is 45 hours Monday - Friday with 50% of Saturdays
