We are responsible for installation and service of garage doors and openers for residential and/or commercial properties. We mostly services Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula Counties.

>>> Requirements:

• AmeriDoor is a DRUG FREE workplace and a clean driving record is a must!
• Mandatory garage door specific experience level: 3+ years
• Mechanical background and/or construction experience
• Ability to perform required work, lift +50 lbs overhead.
• Comfortable using and working on step ladders as needed (typically 4-6ft)
• Commercial experience is ideal but not required
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work overtime and/or Saturdays as needed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to educate customer on service and make recommendations

>>> Responsibilities and Duties:

Technician will primarily work independently in the field, taking jobs as assigned by the owner. Because we install and service doors and openers to both residential and commercial properties, the type of work assigned will be based on your skillset and level of expertise within a particular area. However, we are seeking a well rounded individual who can jump in immediately as a part of our hard working team. Possessing the ability to diagnose and fix garage door issues is imperative to being considered for this position.
