We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to join our team in Geneva. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of office, break room, and common areas. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and replenishing supplies as needed. Additional responsibilities may include cleaning windows, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and ensuring floors are properly maintained. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and flexibility to work overnight after 6:00pm and before 6:00am Monday Friday. Maximum of 2 hours per day.
