Experience. • Customers need powerful, fully integrated ERP systems. You are the person who understands this matter in depth and can provide the necessary solution. • With the full Microsoft Suite behind you and your own sales expertise, you'll talk to potential customers to understand their needs and present solutions. • You will discuss the initial ideas you have created internally with colleagues. Based on your assessment, our experts will develop suitable scenarios, which you will, in turn, play back to the customer. Your explanations will give the customer a clear idea of what the solution will look like in the end. • Our many success stories will help you demonstrate customer value. • There is no off-the-shelf solution, our clients are medium to large, mostly international companies, so creativity is required. • While many people will be involved in this project over time, our customers are your priority. • You are able to organize the right team and ensure that the correct experts are available to your customer. • Typically, you spend most of your time dealing with specific customer situations and opportunities. However, there are also weeks in which you spend a lot of time working to advance "your" project and "your" customer. A worldwide network of experts is available for this purpose. • You are bringing "your" customers and "your" project forward, both in direct dialog with customers and within our organization. What we need from you. • You have around 5 years of sales experience. Your consulting know-how makes you a great contact for our customers. • Whether you are at home with Navision, Oracle, SAP, proALPHA or any other ERP system, it's important to understand ERP and to inspire our customers with our solutions. • Strong communication skills and empathy, so that you can put yourself into people’s shoes and understand their perspective. • You are able to deal with difficult situations professionally and calmly. As a Sales Professional you are the bridge between 2 worlds. When the wind blows, you can stay calm and de-escalate. These situations will not hinder you, but motivate you to create new creative solutions and work-arounds. • You enjoy working in a fast paced environment with constant change and fast turns. • You are used to communicating in English, both verbally and in writing, because that is the working language for us, as we often work in inter-regional teams. • Our Matrix organization offers many opportunities for additional roles.
