Global Travel Retail team
Coty is seeking a talented, highly motivated intern to work with Coty's Pricing, Business Intelligence and Development Retail Excellence & Business Development team within the Global Travel Retail team. The role should be a good fit for candidates interested in the field of travel retail and beauty industry with an analytical mindset and a strong attention to details.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Retail Excellence Analyst Intern, you are responsible for supporting the team on various and diversified tasks related to our Retail Excellence Strategy.
You will help the Retail Excellence Specialist on its operational daily tasks. You will also help analysing data, coordinating projects, providing customer support.
Your main focus:
Assist in implementing our new Retail Excellence Strategy across our three regions (Europe, Asia Pacific, Americas), aligning with our brand and retail objectives.
Conduct data analysis to help identify in-store opportunities and distribution gaps.
Translate findings into straightforward, actionable insights for the team.
Provide support for key retail data tools ensuring smooth operation and access for users.
Serve as the first line of support for tool-related questions, ensuring that users receive timely assistance worldwide.

The team consists of 4 people (3 in Pricing and Business Intelligence and 1 in Retail Excellence). You will work closely together and with several departments such as Global TR Marketing, Sales, Merchandising and their counterparts in the regions.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You have an analytical mind-set with problem solving skills and are interested in Travel Retail
and the beauty industry. As theRetail Excellence Intern, you enjoy working with numbers and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Your qualifications:
Graduated in Business Administration
1-2 years’ experience in a role involving data analysis, project coordination, or retail support.
Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar data tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of data analysis, with the ability to present data in a clear and actionable way .
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service mindset.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a global retail environment.
Have a strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in both English and French a plus
