The Senior Finance Business Partner at Radiometer for Global Operations is responsible for supporting Production areas including Procurement, Global Supply Chain, Global Operation Strategy, Facility and Sustainability.

As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for reporting, forecasting and budgeting as well as consolidation of reporting and analytics on number of KPIs, investment proposals, driving annual standard cost price roll and selected process improvements. The position plays a key role in supporting, providing advice and challenging Global Operations in delivering to their best and meeting their financial and operational objectives.

This position is a part of the global Financial and Planning team located in Brønshøj, Copenhagen, Denmark and reports to the Senior Manager for Global Operations Finance. You will join a diverse team with high energy and good humor and will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders at HQ in Denmark as well as Plant Controllers situated at manufacturing sites worldwide.

This is a remote role with travel to the Stargard production facility on a monthly basis. Limited travel to HQ is expected.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be a trusted advisor and Business Partner for the Management of the Global Operations support functions (Procurement, Global Supply Chain, Global Operation Strategy, Facility and Sustainability) providing analysis and recommendations for cost efficiencies and ensures sound financial decision making

  • Drive financial reporting, forecasting and budgets for support functions in Global Operations

  • Provide consolidated performance reports for Global Operations based on input from local Plant Controllers

  • Coordinate the annual standard cost update and perform an annual impact analysis

  • Drive business case assessment for Global Operations Strategic projects and investment proposals (CAPEX)

  • Together with Global Supply Chain drive inventory reductions

  • Analyze and track cost savings initiatives for Procurement, Logistic and Manufacturing departments

  • Actively participate in the standardization, development and improvement of controlling tools, guidelines and processes used in Global Operations Finance

  • Provide ad hoc analysis

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University's degree in Finance, Controlling, Management Accounting or similar

  • Several years of experience as Production/Supply Chain Controller

  • Great IT skills including solid knowledge of Excel, Power Point, ERP and BI

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentations skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionality and cross-culturally

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner

  • Fluent English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream and SQL

  • Driving process improvements
