Job Description
Develop the tool for monitoring customers’ application environment
Build an application that works both in multi-cloud and on-premises environments
Brainstorm on architecture and quality to effectively deliver a high-quality product
Share your knowledge and experience with us and feel the impact you can have on the product and company
Influence team stakeholders into business decisions that would create the most value for the company
Being a role model in guiding other engineers into growth mindset
Qualifications
A solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
Solid Java or C++ knowledge , with professional experience in development and architectural design
Open-minded attitude, with a willingness to learn new technologies and practices
Experience with test-driven development, clean code, design patterns, etc.
Experience in developing distributed and multi-tier applications
Good English communication
Excellent teamwork and a proactive approach
Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving
Experience with Python, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies is not essential but would be an advantage
Experience in managing database systems, both SQL and No-SQL would be an advantage
Experience as a technical product owner, tech lead or similar role would be an advantage

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Salary: 24,000– 31,000 PLN gross per month based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
