About the Role:

Arrow Corporate Audit's mission is to deliver responsive, risk-based audit and advisory services with objectivity, fairness, and transparency. This Audit Staff - ESG role is critical to advancing that mission and contributing to the establishment of an in-house ESG-focused team.

As an Audit Staff - ESG, you will support high-impact ESG initiatives, ensure compliance with emerging EU regulations, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Legal, Corporate, and Technical departments. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your expertise in this evolving field.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in ESG Processes: Support efforts to design and implement ESG processes and frameworks.

  • Audit and Analytics: Conduct audits related to ESG initiatives, leveraging data analytics tools to deliver actionable insights.

  • Collaboration: Work across departments to raise awareness of audit processes and help define ESG workflows.

  • Reporting: Assist in reviewing the accuracy of ESG initiative reports, including quarterly and annual updates.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about ESG regulations and ensure alignment with Arrow's global operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in external or internal audit.

  • ESG Awareness: Familiarity with ESG concepts is a plus but not required.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle, AX, or similar systems is advantageous.

  • Language Skills: Business fluency in English is required.
