What You Can Expect

This is a central role in EMEA IC COE Team that will oversee, manage, and execute a variety of intercompany activities. The individual in this role will own activities ranging from preparing and executing IC GBS and BPO recharges and accruals, IC balance sheet account reconciliation to IC month-end-close tasks and of IC out-of-balances resolution. EMEA IC Sr Specialist will have a deep understanding of intercompany processes and possess strong problem-solving skills. The individual in this role will be in contact with Country Controllers, Corporate Accounting Team, Tax and Treasury, BPO provider and other GBS IC COE Teams.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Responsible for Intercompany Period End Close for EMEA

  • Intercompany Reconciliation: reconcile intercompany GL account balances between various entities

  • Monthly allocation charges and share the information with the Controllers and respective countries.

  • Monthly reconciliation of those recharges and present during the month end close.

  • Coordinate cost allocation and recharges of monthly GBS and BPO costs.

  • Control and Compliance: Execute requirements for SOX controls and compliance reporting, and manages review process.

  • Oversee and coordinateprocesses performed by BPO Provider

  • Support Internal and External Audit & Tax support withaudit samples, transaction analysis & reconciliation.

  • Execute process improvements
