CaroMont Health Clinical Coordinator RN - Perioperative Services in Gastonia, North Carolina
Job Summary: Plan, manage, coordinate and evaluate operations of the department. Maintains accountability for staff and department performance. Participates in organization-wide coordination of patient care and integration of departmental activities consistent with the corporate, division, and departmental mission, goals and values.
Qualifications: Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license). Bachelor’s degree required. Three years RN experience required.Experience in Perioperative/proceduaral nursing/leadership experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of Perianesthesia/Perioperative nursing principles, methods, and techniques. Demonstrated skills in performing nursing procedures; ability to deal tactfully with staff, patients, physicians, other departments, and families/visitors. Significant ability to coach, mentor, and manage staff.
