Responsibilities
Job Duties
Generating sales invoices
Keeping financial records and reports up-to-date
Recording purchase invoices
Resolving supplier inquiries
Managing payments and tracking receipts
Overseeing bank reconciliations and cash management
Preparing for month-end and producing various reports
Handling high volumes of transactions
Creating journal entries, conducting analyses, and reconciling accounts, aiding in the monthly close process
Executing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Adhering to processing and reporting timelines
Balancing autonomy with collaborative work within a team
Required Skills
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Exceptional analytical skills and numerical understanding
Highly meticulous and detail-focused
Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level
Efficient in prioritizing tasks
Quick learner
Skills
Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is preferred)
Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is preferred)
General Ledger (1 year of experience is preferred)
Journal Entries
Bilingual
