PROJECT MANAGER / ADMINISTRATOR FOR AN ACTIVE CPA FIRM
Anna Parson at Robert Half with working with a fast-paced CPA firm seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and resourceful Project Manager to coordinate, oversee and deliver successful projects.
As the Project Manager, your primary tasks will involve the comprehensive management of incoming client documents in the CCH Practice Management system, careful monitoring of project statuses, and setting up new clients in the system.
As Project Manager, you'll be heavily involved in the reporting and tracking of project statuses, releasing tax returns in the system, and managing workloads to ensure an even workflow among team members. You will also be accountable for various core administrative duties typical within a CPA firm. Project Manager with CPA firm, financial services or professional services experience preferred.

Requirements
• Prior experience in a project management role, ideally within a CPA firm
• Proficiency in using the CCH Practice Management system, or similar system
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong reporting and documentation capabilities
• Efficient time management and ability to handle workload distribution
• Proven ability to manage high-stress situations
