Are you looking for a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a difference? Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join us as a Customer Experience Center Operation Assistant Manager.

In this role, you will have the chance to work with an special team, dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of our CEC, ensuring detailed execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Participate in leading the Customer Experience Center.

  • Set and handle critical metrics related to the operation of the Customer Experience Center.

  • Manage the scheduling and usage permissions for laboratories, training rooms, and meeting rooms within the Customer Experience Center.

  • Provide professional responses to customer inquiries by relaying them to the relevant departments and personnel.

  • Participate in laboratory safety management and monitor compliance with regulations.

Engage in the overall operation of the Customer Experience Center.

  • Plan and implement educational events, conferences, and seminars that can propose Thermo Fisher Scientific's integrated value to customers.

  • Propose appropriate corporate CVP to customers visiting the Customer Experience Center and identify business opportunities.

  • Develop educational programs through the customer-tailored Online Learning Management System (Thermo Fisher Edu Center) to enhance the capabilities of corporate customer researchers, propose educational value, and lead industry workforce development trends.

Participate in planning and driving customer events.

  • Analyze market environments to understand customer needs, collaborate with various departments to plan and complete diverse customer events accordingly.

  • Lead on-site customer events, handle participant registration, and survey and analyze customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Education (one or more of the following):

  • Biology-related fields: Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetic Engineering, or related subject areas

  • Chemistry-related fields: Analytical Chemistry, Spectroscopy, Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, or related fields

  • Food Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Health fields: Biochemistry, Genetics, General Chemistry, General Biology required

Experience (one or more of the following):

  • Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of relevant experience with Biology or chemistry.

  • Master’s degree + 2+ years of relevant experience (Chemistry: composition, structure, properties of substances; Biology: genes, cells, proteins, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, other biological products)

  • 3+ years of marketing or sales experience in related fields

  • 3+ years of research, development, or production experience in laboratories, research institutes, or production sites

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong desire to learn and grow continuously

  • Thorough and responsible nature

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

  • Organizational and time management skills

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (required)

  • Specialized knowledge and skills in the relevant field (certifications or proof preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
