Position : Partner Demand Infra and Systems Specialist

Location : London

Job purpose

This key role, which sits within the Global Partner Marketing team is responsible for enabling, maintaining, and increasing adoption of systems and platforms devised for partners across the whole AVEVA Partner ecosystem. This role also supports the AVEVA-led and joint co-marketing demand generation within AVEVA Partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the channel marketing automation platform and help partners with marketing campaign setup and execution.

• PRM support involvement? (like reports)

• Building of new processes and revamping of systems to ensure a seamless partner or experience and in close alignment with transformation teams.

• Revamping and management of the global MDF funds process by using industry best practices, collaborating with internal teams and building of new cross-functional processes. Also, keeping track of measurement and usage of MDF funds.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner program marketing initiatives including marketing onboarding, managing digital and social marketing activities.

• Build strong relationships and provide regular communications update to cross-functional teams.

• Develop and accurately track partner related performance metrics, and report back to internal/external stakeholders and management.

• Join forces with IT and Channel Sales Operations teams to enrich, segment and evolve partner data aligned with the needs of AVEVA Partner ecosystem.

• Work with the Partner Marketing team and Sales Enablement team to build engagement campaigns and webinars

• Research and implement industry channel best-practices and technology in Partner lifecycle, systems and processes.

• Support the maintenance of the Partner Marketing Budget liaising with the teams and Finance to ensure smoothy running of activities budgeted. Maintain internal procurement and vendor management processes for the Partner Marketing team.

• Build and map out the whole Partner journey across the Partner Lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year in a B2B marketing or programs role. Experience of Partner marketing or related professional experience in a B2B channel marketing organization required; technology/software experience a plus

• 1+ year in platforms related to PRM, CRM, marketing automation, social media management, partner portals

• Comfortable in working with data and metrics

• Strong project management skills; excellent communicator who has the ability to successfully coordinate the efforts of multiple teams

• Must be independent and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment

• Ability to analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with keen attention to detail

• A people person who can easily collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of tasks and projects

• Strong Microsoft office proficiency including Excel and Powerpoint

• Eager for continuous learning and advancement

• Marketo/Salesforce familiarity will be a plus
