_Position Summary:_
The LPN Occupational Health/Clinical Specialist will provide support for Quality, Safety and Infection Prevention activities, especially in areas of data abstraction, chart reviews, data collection and analysis, patient experience, minute taking, employee health, policy development, regulatory preparation. Additionally, they will coordinate employer and community health events to provide occupational health information and referral services to patients and families to address their medical needs.
_Training and Continued Education_**
Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees.
_Minimum Education_ * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Current LPN licensedrequired. * Two years’ experience in hospital or healthcare settingrequired. * Experience in occupational health, health coaching, community outreach, care coordination, outpatient primary care and knowledge of the community preferred.
_Required Licenses_ * Current LPN license required. * BLS required within 30 days of hire. * Maintain a valid driver’s license, with vehicle available for use-on-the-job.
