Job Summary
This position is responsible for designing, implementing, managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and related systems.
Job Duties
- Design, implement and maintain the Companys network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Manage and administer servers, virtual meetings, storage systems, and related hardware/software. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and optimize network performance and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security messages to protect systems, network, and data.
- Conduct regular systems audits and perform backups to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Collaborate with IT team members,vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement IT projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tool, and processes to improve system/network efficiency

- Provide technical support and train network users.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot service requests submitted by users in the timeline.
- Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
Proven experience (5+ years) as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role in a large-scale IT environment
Strong knowledge of network protocols, security protocols, (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP/TLS) and network management tools.
Hands-on experience with server operating systems (Window Server, Linux/Unix), virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-
