Quality Control Technician
Gainesville, TX
6pm-2am, Monday-Friday (Overnight Shift)
$25-$30/Hour
Description:
Perform in-process, finished, compression and thickness sampling and testing.
Prepare samples for lab testing following standard operating and safety procedures.
Locate and retrieve bundles and boards from the warehouse for sampling and testing when manufacturing lines are not running.
Communicate effectively with production operators and leaders and assure all activities are performed safety.
Escalate any issues when quality control results are abnormal or outside of specification and complete re-testing when needed.
Maintain housekeeping in quality control work areas.
Requirements:
Must have intermediate finite math and analytical skills and proficiency with G-Suite.
Must be familiar with standard manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures and have experience with quality control testing in a manufacturing environment.
Forklift experience preferred.
