Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team in Gainesville! This person will be responsible for paying vendors who have performed or provided services to the college. Reviewing purchase orders, documentation and contracts to make sure payments are made correctly and efficiently. Providing customer service to vendors via phone and email. Assists vendors with quarterly and annually to ensure they are properly set up to receive payment. This position provides paid holidays and health benefits.
Must Haves:
2+ years of experience in AP processing and accounting
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business
Advanced Excel Knowledge

This position will pay $62,500 to $67,500 based on experience
