Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Reporting Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our clients through scalable and repeatable projects. This role is designed to support the Customer Success team’s mission to provide exceptional client support through efficient and effective project management. Responsibilities include building new reports and validating existing reports for System Admins.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account teams on special projects, including guiding customers through our dashboard functionalities and reporting tools to enhance their understanding and usage of our products.

  • Develop and maintain new reports to support client needs and team objectives.

  • Validate the accuracy and reliability of existing reports, ensuring they meet client and internal standards.

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, focusing on specific products or software, ensuring they fully understand and utilize our offerings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and initiatives.

  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role within customer success or account management in the SaaS industry.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret business metrics and translate them into actionable insights.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in English is essential. Candidates must be able to:

  • Speak : Fluently and clearly in professional settings.

  • Read : Comprehend complex texts, reports, and documents.

  • Write : Produce well-structured, error-free written communication, including emails, reports, and presentations.

Preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a tech-oriented environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
